No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. Forest fires are always a concern in Colorado and we would like to do everything we can to keep our home and forest safe. We also like our fresh air.
No campfires are allowed. Please enjoy the gas fire pit that we have provided. Turn off fire pit when not being used.
Leave No Trace. Take only pictures, leave only footprints.
No firearms, fireworks or illegal drugs are allowed on property.
For purposes of sanitation, always sit on a towel.
Our water comes from a well. Please conserve it.
Hot Tub: please rinse off prior to getting in the tub. Please do not use any oils or lotions. No clothing is allowed in tub. Only use plastic cups around or in the hot tub. Close the cover when not in use.
Regarding the septic system, please do not put anything down the sink. Do not put anything in the toilet other than toilet paper, eg no tampons, wipes (even if they say they are flushable)
Quiet time after 10:00pm. No parties, no excessive drinking /drunkenness.
We recommend that you don’t sleep with your sliding glass door open. There is always the possibility of wild animals wandering around.
Do not store food outside or leave outside unattended.
This setting is in the Rocky Mountains. Do not hike at night. Do not feed the animals.
Only registered paying guests are permitted on the property. No day visitors.
When you are ready to leave at the end of your visit please pick up and bag all trash. Place recycling in the blue bin under your sink.
