Isolated location: There are no nearby gas stations, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery or general stores. The nearest grocery store is 30 minutes away in Canon City, Colorado. There is also a small grocery store in Westcliffe, Colorado which is also about a 30 minute drive. Both towns have several good restaurants.
The property is mountainous and rugged. All paths are dirt with uneven surfaces. The 1/2 mile into the property is on a dirt road. Four wheel drive may be needed in the winter or early springs but other than that it is easily accessible.
We are at an elevation of 7500 ft.
If nude, please stay on the property. We have 70 acres, so there’s lots of places to be nude.
Potential for noise – We have a workshop on the property, which will occasionally make some noise. We also back up to BLM land and occasionally hear target shooting. Both of these are rare and never last that long.
Some spaces are shared – shared bathroom, shared shower room, patio and hot tub are common space.

The property is gated. Open the gate manually and close it after entering.
Check in time is 2pm-6pm. Please let us know if you are arriving after 6pm. Check out time is 10am.
All activities on the property are At Your Own Risk. Please be careful when using the hot tub or hiking on the trails. Wear appropriate shoes when hiking.
